General Information and Service Scope
The tools, templates, and formatting utilities provided on PrintZon are intended strictly for educational, design formatting, and printing assistance. PrintZon is a privately owned commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) website.
We do not issue, verify, or authorize any official records or documents. Our tools merely provide a grid layout and formatting utility to help local print shops arrange user-provided data onto standard A4 paper sizes for printing. The user bears 100% full legal responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and authorized use of the data and images they input into these layout tools.
Strict Anti-Abuse & Anti-Forgery
PrintZon strictly prohibits the use of its platform for creating, hosting, processing, or distributing any abusive, illegal, or explicit material.
- NO Explicit Content: We unequivocally forbid the uploading, processing, or generation of pornography, nudity, sexually explicit images, or sexually suggestive content on our platform.
- NO Abuse or Harassment: Our tools may not be used to generate hate speech, discriminatory content, or material intended to harass, threaten, or defame any individual or group.
- NO Fraudulent Activity or Forgery: Users are strictly forbidden from using our formatting tools to forge documents, commit identity theft, alter official records, or engage in any fraudulent activities.
Any user found violating these terms will be permanently banned from the platform. PrintZon logs abusive activities and will report offending IP addresses, usage logs, and illegal uploads to relevant cybercrime authorities and domain registrars without hesitation.
Privacy Policy
At PrintZon, your privacy and the security of the data processed through our tools are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information when you use our formatting utilities.
1. Data Processing and Storage
Our formatting tools are designed to process data securely. To maximize privacy, the majority of our document generation and PDF creation happens directly within your web browser. We do not permanently store, harvest, or sell the personal data, uploaded photos, or signatures you input into our tools. Once you close your browser or refresh the page, the temporary session data is cleared.
2. Acceptable Uploads & Zero Tolerance
When using our photo upload features (e.g., for document formatting), you agree to upload only appropriate materials.
- Our platform strictly forbids the uploading of images containing nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or child exploitation material (CSAM).
- If our security systems or administrators detect abusive, explicit, or illegal uploads, the session will be immediately terminated. The files will be purged, and the offending user's IP address will be permanently blocked and reported to our hosting provider and law enforcement.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We may use basic cookies and analytics tools to monitor website performance, ensure server security, fix bugs, and understand how our tools are being used. These tools do not track highly sensitive personal information.

PrintZon provides digital formatting utilities for businesses and individual users. You agree to use these tools only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right, consent, and authorization to use the data and images you process through our platform.
2. Strict Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse Policy
PrintZon maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for abuse. You explicitly agree that you will NOT use PrintZon to:
- Upload, process, or distribute any material that contains nudity, pornography, obscenity, or sexually explicit content.
- Upload, process, or distribute any material that involves Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way.
- Upload, process, or distribute any material that is abusive, violent, defamatory, or promotes hate speech and harassment.
- Engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to forgery, identity theft, unauthorized duplication of restricted documents, or fraud.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our servers or website infrastructure.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access. We reserve the right to report any illegal activities, forged documents, or abusive content to law enforcement agencies, internet service providers (ISPs), and domain registries.
3. Intellectual Property
The code, layout, design, and functionality of the PrintZon website are the property of PrintZon. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements without express written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
PrintZon provides these tools "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any financial loss, legal disputes, printing errors, or damages that may arise from the use of our formatting utilities. The responsibility of verifying the accuracy, legality, and validity of the final printed document lies entirely with the user.
5. Modifications
